Raffle Rules

  1. Winners will NOT receive a firearm.
  2. Each winner will receive a gift card to the designated sporting goods retailer in the amount of the advertised firearm.
  3. The gift card may be used toward the purchase of the advertised firearm or any other eligible merchandise available at the retailer.
  4. The retailer is solely responsible for the sale and transfer of any firearm purchased using the gift card.
  5. All firearm purchases are subject to federal, state, and local laws, including all required background checks and eligibility requirements.
  6. The Mission Firefighter's Association is not a firearms dealer and is not involved in the sale, transfer, or delivery of any firearm.
  7. Winners who are prohibited from purchasing or possessing a firearm under applicable law are still eligible to receive the gift card and may use it toward other eligible merchandise offered by the retailer.
  8. Gift cards have no cash value unless required by applicable law and are subject to the retailer's terms and conditions.
  9. Winners are responsible for any costs exceeding the value of the gift card, including taxes, fees, or accessories.
  10. Winners must present valid government-issued identification when claiming their prize, if required.
  11. Winners will be notified using the contact information provided on their raffle ticket. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim their prize within 30 days of notification, the Mission Firefighter Association reserves the right to conduct a new drawing.
  12. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules and all decisions made by the Mission Firefighter's Association regarding the raffle.

Disclaimer

The Mission Firefighter's Association assumes no responsibility for the purchase, transfer, ownership, use, or misuse of any firearm that may be purchased with the gift card. Any firearm transaction is solely between the winner and the licensed retailer and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a raffle ticket, or the minimum age otherwise required by applicable law. The association reserves the right to modify these rules as necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
